Senior Consultant – People & Workforce Transformation

📋 Description

• Lead Strategic Workforce Planning and GEPP for CAC 40, SBF 120, ETI/PME clients
• Framework, pilot and deploy SBO initiatives with operationalization
• Develop and harmonize job/competency references (architecture)
• Design SBO governance, processes, roles and responsibilities
• Integrate competencies into Talent Management, Acquisition, mobility, learning
• Facilitate change management and workshops at scale

🎯 Requirements

• Engineer/ Management degree from grande école or university with HR specialization
• 4+ years in consulting or HR leadership roles
• Interest in data and AI; quick upskilling for client opportunities
• Curious, team-oriented with strong analytical skills
• French and English fluency in professional contexts
