Senior Consultant / Principal Consultant - Capital Markets

📋 Description

• Demonstrate strong understanding of capital markets products, processes, and operating models
• Understand the trade lifecycle, including trade execution, confirmation, clearing, settlement
• Work across front-office, middle-office, and back-office functions, depending on project
• Understand market infrastructure, including exchanges, central counterparties (CCPs), central
• Support initiatives involving trading platforms, order management systems (OMS), execution
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand business needs, pain points, and operational

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in capital markets, investment banking, financial services consulting, or a
• Strong understanding of capital markets products, trade lifecycle, and front-to-back operating
• Experience in business analysis, functional consulting, process improvement, or transformation
• Proven ability to gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Experience working with business and technology stakeholders on complex projects.
• Familiarity with project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
