Senior Consultant, Process Improvement

📋 Description

• Manage assigned work requests and business process consulting projects.
• Identify and implement improvements to ITSM, PPM, and AI/automation.
• Develop processes to improve organizational agility and change response.
• Deliver webinars and workshops on ITSM/ITIL topics (Incident, Change).
• Deliver webinars/workshops on PPM topics (Waterfall, Agile, Kanban).
• Provide coaching on service management, PPM, and AI/Automation to leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college degree.
• 10+ years leading project teams or processes.
• 5+ years leading service management teams or processes.
• Ability to define business requirements and translate into solutions.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
