📋 Description

• Engage with customers post-sale to develop Appian-based solutions.
• Define, design, develop, and implement custom software and AI apps.
• Work in an agile environment; model relational data; build APIs.
• Brainstorm AI use cases and apply Appian AI tools (RAG, agentic workflows).
• Collaborate with client teams to drive adoption of process apps.

• Gather business requirements with clients; define processes.
• Excellent communication; passion for tech and continuous learning.
• Cross-functional collaboration; agile practices (pairing, stand-ups).
• OOP concepts; relational DB design and SQL skills.
• Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP); AWS/Google Cloud; AI/ML.
