Senior Consultant (Public Sector)

📋 Description

• Post-sales engagement to develop Appian solutions for customers.
• Lead projects through full lifecycle: design, develop, implement.
• Agile delivery: model data and build APIs for integration.
• Brainstorm AI use cases; apply Appian AI tools (RAG, generative models).
• Collaborate with client teams to drive adoption and self-sufficiency.
• Mentor teams and lead small post-sale implementations.

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship – required for Public Sector roles.
• 3+ years hands-on software development or technical consulting.
• B.S./B.A. in Engineering, CS, IS, Math or related field.
• Willingness to travel 20% or less annually.
• OO programming knowledge; SQL and relational DB design.
• APIs (REST, SOAP), JDBC; AWS & Google Cloud.
• Experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams.
• Testing: TDD, automated tests; CI integration.
