• Advance Safety & Reliability Culture: Support client engagements focused on expanding High

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of healthcare industry experience focused on safety and high reliability
• Demonstrated experience participating in or driving performance improvement and safety initiatives
• Prior consulting or safety and reliability implementation experience strongly preferred
• Practical experience coaching, training, or facilitating patient-facing teams
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and data querying/analytical tools
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or clinical background (Nursing, Medicine, Pharmacy
