📋 Description

• Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software
• Develop solutions connecting service catalog offerings, procurement requests, asset fulfillment
• Configure and maintain asset management workflows covering hardware assignments, software
• Improve enterprise asset visibility by developing solutions that allow stakeholders to identify
• Strengthen the integration between the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and asset
• Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external inventory management platforms to

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or an
• At least 8 years of professional ServiceNow development experience, including a minimum of 3 years
• Experience implementing and supporting at least three ServiceNow modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow HAM and SAM capabilities, including asset lifecycle management
• Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining CMDB solutions, with knowledge of the Common
• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow Discovery and external inventory sources with the CMDB.
