📋 Description

• Own SEEK's leadership development strategy and build leader capability.
• Manage the leadership program curriculum and offerings with L&D and suppliers.
• Curate a preferred supplier list for leadership development.
• Establish a leadership expectations framework and embed it across HR.
• Design and deliver leadership programs for high-potential talent.
• Measure and communicate leadership program impact with clear proof points.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in organisational/leadership development, executive assessment, or succession planning.
• Proven experience designing and measuring talent/leadership programs using needs analysis and data.
• Demonstrated project and program delivery at strategic and operational levels.
• Strong project and stakeholder management; translate insights into enterprise action.
• Collaborative problem solving; engage peers and leaders to participate.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to support talent and leadership activities.
• Degree in HR, Business, Leadership, OD, or Psychology.
• Trusted thought partner with commercial judgement balancing business needs and people dynamics to drive leadership impact.
