Senior Consultant: Trust Assurance

📋 Description

• Create delivery operating model: intake, scoping, SOWs, QA, SLAs
• Build reusable IP: templates, playbooks, mappings, agendas, QA rubrics
• Hire and lead a specialists team; build service-line pods
• Phased service delivery: digitisation, risk/privacy services, security programs
• Own commercial outcomes: pricing, margins, utilization, forecasting
• Partner with Sales/SE/CS to attach services and improve deals

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6+ years in GRC/security consulting, audit/advisory, or managed compliance
• Proven ability to build and scale a services delivery org (0→1 to repeatable)
• Strong enterprise experience with multi-stakeholder delivery
• ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR; DPIA hands-on; FedRAMP/HITRUST/NIST familiarity
• Proficiency in building AI-enabled workflows and AI-assisted playbooks
• Translate domain expertise into reusable templates; strong judgment on accuracy/confidentiality
