📋 Description

• Support a portfolio of biopharmaceutical customers using Vault Safety and help them maximize the
• Understand customer business processes and requirements, provide guidance, design appropriate
• Keep customer environments aligned with new features and capabilities across the safety technology
• Collaborate closely with customer business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into
• Think critically beyond stated requirements to identify potential improvements, risks, and
• Act as a key customer liaison, coordinating communication between customer stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification; a degree in life sciences, computer science, or a
• 5+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, with significant experience in Drug Safety
• Strong knowledge of Drug Safety and Pharmacovigilance processes, regulations, and compliance
• Proven ability to write complex SQL queries against safety datasets.
• Hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting safety systems such as Argus, Aris
• Experience developing aggregate or analytical reports using safety data is an advantage.
