📋 Description

Contribute to customer implementations across the application lifecycle.
Deliver classroom training to architects, developers and operators.
Work with the wider delivery team of engineers, PMs and accounts.
Build MongoDB reputation as a trusted advisor to customers.
Partner with Product and Engineering to influence the roadmap.
Travel to customer sites for short engagements as needed.

🎯 Requirements

Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
Motivated to combine deep technical work with customer management.
Confident speaking and presenting in customer settings.
2+ years of software development/consulting/support experience.
Proficiency in Java, C++, C#, Python, or Node.js.
Experience with databases such as MongoDB, Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
