Senior Consulting Engineer - LATAM

📋 Description

• Join ClickHouse on the Support Services team to provide consultative support to enterprise
• Blend hands-on engineering, development assistance, and high-tier support across Consultative
• Work with strategic customers, guiding, answering cases, and providing technical oversight.
• Assist with L1-L3 support cases when not on larger projects; collaborate with Product Management
• Generate content: documentation, knowledge base, reference architectures, blogs, benchmarks.
• Be available for scheduling and on-call needs; 24x7 support in a global, distributed environment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Professional Services, Support, Technical Accounts Management, Engineering/SRE, or
• 5+ years in implementing, operating, and/or supporting scalable, fault-tolerant distributed DBMS.
• Technical breadth in DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS, distributed systems, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes, system or
• Experience leading and shipping large technical projects with multiple engineers.
• Expertise with public cloud providers AWS, GCP, Azure and their IaaS offerings (e.g., EC2).
