Senior Consulting Engineer - Singapore

📋 Description

• Provide consultative support to ClickHouse enterprise customers
• Serve as a team member on customer projects focusing on design, architecture, integration
• Assist with implementation, onboarding, production launches, and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
• Handle L1 to L3 support cases when not assigned to projects
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Sales to contribute to roadmap and account plans
• Develop and assist with content: documentation, Knowledge Base, ClickHouse Learning, Reference

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Professional Services, Support, Technical Accounts Management, Engineering/SRE, or
• 5+ years implementing, operating, or supporting scalable, fault-tolerant, distributed database
• Technical breadth in DBMS, OLAP, Cloud/SaaS, distributed systems, Linux/Unix, Kubernetes
• Experience leading large scope technical projects
• Expertise with a public cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure) and IaaS offering (e.g., EC2)
