• Lead Monzo's UK earned consumer communications programme.

• Significant experience leading consumer PR for a consumer-facing business.
• Proven track record delivering earned comms strategies with measurable outcomes.
• Strong planning skills; build long-term programmes and adapt to change.
• Excellent editorial judgment and stakeholder management across teams.
• Experience working with Product, Marketing and cross-functional partners.
• Curious about AI, evolving search, creators and new media.
