Senior Content Associate, Lifecycle Marketing

📋 Description

• Produce lifecycle content across email, push, in-app, content cards, and social.
• Write/edit high-impact content across lifecycle channels.
• Leverage AI tools to scale output with brand voice.
• Build scalable systems: copy banks, variant libraries, templates.
• Write editorial and social content for owned channels for AEO/GEO citability.
• Contribute to AI workflows; improve custom agents and tools.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in content marketing, lifecycle marketing, or editorial.
• Degree in marketing, PR, English, finance, or related field.
• Strong editorial instincts; brand voice, compliance, and AEO/GEO familiarity.
• Cross-functional marketer, brand strategist, writer, and editor.
• Fluency with AI writing tools and judgment on when to use them.
• Interest or experience in financial services.
