🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in instructional design or technical content, B2B SaaS preferred
• Proven project management and end-to-end content delivery
• Strong instructional design principles and measurable outcomes
• Experience with Camtasia, Articulate, Notion or similar tools
• Remote, autonomous work style with strong communication
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners
