• 8+ years in content marketing, strategy, or editorial.
• Exceptional writer/editor with a track record of elevating others.
• Proven success leading a blog, newsletter, or publication.
• Experience managing freelancers, agencies, and external contributors.
• Strong grasp of business, entrepreneurship, finance topics.
• Editorial judgment paired with a marketer's outlook.
• Experience with remote-first, async teams.
