📋 Description

• Own and evolve a comprehensive B2B content strategy designed to increase audience awareness
• Lead the end-to-end content lifecycle, including strategy, planning, production, distribution
• Develop a diverse content portfolio spanning short-form video, original research, case studies
• Partner closely with Growth, Product, Sales, Customer Success, People, and other internal teams to
• Strengthen thought leadership and market positioning by providing strategic guidance on relevant
• Manage and develop internal team members, providing direction, coaching, feedback, and mentorship

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience developing and executing effective content marketing strategies, ideally
• Strong writing, copyediting, storytelling, and creative production skills, supported by a portfolio
• Strong understanding of how content supports the B2B SaaS buyer journey, from awareness and
• Experience producing and promoting content designed to generate measurable business outcomes
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities, with the ability to coach, develop, motivate
• Comfortable directing both internal and external stakeholders while maintaining editorial
