• Determine topics, formats, channels, and programs to invest in.
• Partner with executives and SMEs to uncover insights and POVs.
• Use data to test ideas and measure impact; maintain editorial quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in content marketing, strategy, or thought leadership.
• Experience building content systems, not just assets.
• Exceptional writing/editing; simplify complex topics.
• Experience driving SEO growth, audience growth, or pipeline.
• Ghostwriting across stakeholders; strong editorial instincts.
• Curious, data-driven; test ideas and learn.
