📋 Description

• Identify merchant problems worth addressing and develop content strategy
• Lead delivery with colleagues across Marketing, Commercial, Operations and Product
• Write and edit content including articles, reports, case studies, email and campaign assets
• Build and manage merchant editorial content programmes including blog and thought leadership
• Develop repeatable case-study programme from identifying merchants to securing evidence and
• Lead content strategy and delivery for merchant campaigns including seasonal initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of building and improving B2B content programmes with measurable results
• Excellent writing, editing and interviewing skills with relevant portfolio
• Experience leading cross-functional campaigns, setting priorities and coordinating delivery
• Confident making decisions using analytics and research, defining success metrics
• Strong commercial judgment with ability to turn complex product or operational info into useful
• Experience adapting content across markets and managing external contributors
