• Core member of Product & Engineering driving real-time decisions.
• Hands-on analyst with large dataset experience and cross-functional work.
• Support Content Analyst Manager with two offshore teams on split shifts.
• Manage day-to-day team work, workload prioritization, and performance support.
• Lead feedback loops and process improvements to reduce rework.
• Based in Pittsburgh, PA; travel up to 10% may be required.

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required
• 3+ years in content/data operations or data QA roles
• 1–3+ years leading analysts or data QA teams (offshore)
• SQL and Python proficiency
• Experience with structured datasets, logs, validation outputs
• Familiarity with data QA concepts (sampling, error, trends)
• Strong coaching skills and ability to raise quality
• Excellent written communication with auditable reasoning
