🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5+ years in help/support content, product ops, or technical writing
• Identity and Fraud procedures in FinTech is a bonus
• Strong analytical skills for content metrics and reporting
• Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• CRM tools (Zendesk/Salesforce), CMS, LLMs; travel 2-3x/yr
