📋 Description

Accountable for timely preparation and execution of CDAs, CSAs, budgets and vendor agreements
Negotiation of CDAs, CSAs and Budgets with investigator sites using templates and guidance
Input into legal aspects of Informed Consents
Ensure ongoing update of legal and budget playbooks and templates
Ensure tracking of CDAs, CSAs, Site Intelligence, KPIs and Metrics
Set and communicate priorities to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in Health Care, legal or scientific
Significant Clinical Research and contract/budget experience
Proven negotiation, tact and diplomacy skills
Strong planning and organizational skills
Sense of urgency and strong goal orientation
Experience in line or matrix management an advantage
