📋 Description

• Accountable for the timely preparation and execution of CDAs, CSAs and budgets and related vendor
• Negotiation of CDAs, CSAs and Budgets with investigator sites, using templates, guidance and
• Ensure input is provided for ongoing update of legal and budget playbooks and templates for the

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary qualification; a Health Care, legal or scientific
• Significant Clinical Research and/or contract/budget experience.
• Awareness and understanding of compliance and regulatory matters in clinical research.
• Experience in cross-functional interactions and working within a global environment an advantage.
• Proven negotiation, tact and diplomacy skills.
