Senior Contract Manager

📋 Description

• Prepare and manage a broad range of project agreements, including Master Service Agreements
• Review Data Protection Agreements and other privacy-related contractual documents.
• Independently review and negotiate project agreement terms and conditions while balancing
• Serve as a key point of contact for coordinating legal reviews and facilitating contract execution.
• Track contract review activity and provide regular status reporting and weekly updates to relevant

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, life sciences, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of contract drafting and negotiation experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO industry preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and contractual judgment skills.
• Familiarity with contracts, fee generation, payment schedules, client interactions, and commercial
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
