🎯 Requirements

• 5–7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain management within the Consumer Packaged Goods
• Demonstrated experience managing external contract manufacturers and complex, end-to-end supply
• Strong expertise in commercial negotiations, supplier relationship management, and contract
• Technical experience in gummy manufacturing, ideally within the confectionery, vitamins, or
• Solid understanding of supply chain functions, including planning, logistics, and customer service.
