📋 Description

• Independently negotiate and execute high volumes of pre-M&A contracts — NDAs, NRLs, joinders
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for sophisticated investment fund and asset manager
• Maintain and evolve client-specific contract playbooks, ensuring consistency and quality across
• Mentor junior lawyers and paralegals, reviewing their work and contributing to a high-performing
• Use and continuously improve Carta's legal technology suite, identifying ways to innovate using
• Manage the full contract lifecycle for each matter, from first review through execution and system

🎯 Requirements

• Law Degree and licensed to practice.
• 5+ PQE
• Licensed to practise law in any APAC jurisdictions, the UK, US, or Canada
• Track record: Independently negotiated pre-M&A contracts like NDAs, NRLs, joinders, and
