Senior Contract Specialist

📋 Description

• Understand the contracting needs of operating companies and ensure agreements align with client
• Review and prepare contractual documents, including Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs)
• Coordinate contract reviews, amendments, approvals, and signatures with commercial teams and
• Create, maintain, and organize contract templates, supporting materials, and standardized processes.
• Convert proposals into appropriate client-specific project agreements and Statements of Work
• Negotiate contractual terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and other third parties.
