Senior Contract Vehicles Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on contract vehicles within the Contracts function
• May directly supervise and manage contracts team member(s), including performance management
• Support hiring activities, including resume review, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
• Lead contracts team operations as designated by the Vice President of Contracts, including but not
• Lead and support the negotiation of contract vehicle artifacts, including but not limited to
• Serve as the primary interface with Contracting Officers, prime contractors, and prime teaming

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience company initiatives resulting in process improvements, efficiencies, and
• Proven experience managing contract vehicles and related compliance activities.
• Experience in reviewing, editing, and compliant execution of contract vehicle agreements.
• Extensive experience managing the full lifecycle of contract vehicles, including pre-award, award
• Strong working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting requirements.
• Experience advising program teams on contractual risks, opportunities, and flow-down requirements.
