• Complex cross-border pre-M&A negotiations with multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Trusted advisor to sophisticated financial services clients; strong stakeholder engagement.
• Tech innovator; expert with Carta Ava, HighQ, CLM/e-signature; drives AI adoption.
• Mentor and leader; develop juniors; contribute to team strategy and resourcing.
