Senior Contracts Manager

📋 Description

• Review, negotiate, and manage contracts (MSAs, SaaS, fees)
• Ensure provisions comply with legal requirements and policies
• Identify and mitigate contract risk; escalate blockers
• Collaborate with sales, finance, cybersecurity, and ops
• Track contract compliance using contract mgmt software
• Monitor third-party transactions (PPAs and certs)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years in contract negotiation/management in-house
• Strong US commercial contracting principles for professional services
• Experience managing varied commercial agreements independently
• Proficiency with CLM tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365
• Nice-to-have: energy/commodities, SaaS/tech, certs, or AI usage
