📋 Description

• Manage the intake, preparation, and administration of complex, high-value, or strategic agreements
• Support attorneys in contract review and negotiations by preparing first-pass reviews and redlines
• Serve as a trusted resource for cross-functional partners on contract processes, timelines, and
• Oversee post-signature contract management, including obligations, renewals, amendments, and
• Maintain high standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism when handling sensitive
• Design and implement scalable contract management processes, frameworks, and tools that improve

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, procurement, or a related field
• Bachelor’s degree in legal studies, business, or a related field
• Extensive experience reviewing, redlining, and managing complex commercial agreements, including
• Working knowledge of data privacy, information security, and payments-related contract terms (e.g.
• Experience with CLM platforms and workflow automation
• Hands-on experience using AI contract review tools and validating their outputs
