Senior Contracts Procurement Manager

📋 Description

• Lead strategic, high-value, and high-complexity contracts through the full procurement contract
• Develop and enforce procurement contract policies, playbooks, and templates in lockstep with Legal
• Track and report KPIs including contract cycle time and compliance rates, presenting routine
• Gather business requirements from internal stakeholders and translate them into enforceable
• Develop criteria with Legal for contracts that can be executed without Legal engagement, reducing
• Develop and maintain fallback positions in collaboration with Legal, escalating redlines outside

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or related field; JD strongly preferred
• 10+ years in procurement/contract management
• Proven track record closing complex, multi-year deals with global Tier-1 suppliers
• Deep experience embedding information security and data privacy terms into commercial agreements
• Prior in-house collaboration with General Counsel and CISO offices
• Master negotiator comfortable at the executive table; able to articulate ROI of contractual
