Senior Controls Technician

📋 Description

• Inputs for controls and automation testing, QA, and data retrieval.
• Assists with controls interface, testing, data retrieval, and training.
• Assists with PLC and HMI program development/modification.
• Provides project engineering support to processing areas.
• Provides controls support and troubleshooting for the facility.
• Maintains documentation for control/electrical systems and changes.

🎯 Requirements

• Troubleshoot and maintain Allen-Bradley MicroLogix and ControlLogix hardware.
• Program PLCs with RSLogix5/500/5000 or equivalents.
• Implement Ethernet, Remote I/O, and DeviceNet networks.
• Read electrical schematics, P&IDs, and PFDs.
• Perform PID loop tuning and instrumentation calibration.
• Wiring, hydraulics, pneumatics, and NEC basics.
