Ser referente técnico en GECX, entendiendo capacidades, arquitectura y limitaciones.
Analizar especialmente las capacidades de voz y contact center, incluyendo soluciones de telefonía
Diseñar integraciones con APIs, backends y sistemas corporativos.
Diseñar y evolucionar experiencias conversacionales con Generative Playbooks y Prompt Engineering.
Participar en la definición de arquitecturas de Conversational AI y agentes generativos.

🎯 Requirements

Experiencia práctica con GECX / Google Conversational AI.
Conocimiento de arquitecturas de contact center, voz y chat.
Experiencia en Prompt Engineering.
Experiencia trabajando con Generative Playbooks.
Capacidad para investigar, prototipar y validar alternativas arquitectónicas.
Experiencia con Customer Experience Agent Studio y Stateful Flows.
