Senior Coordinator, Sustainability Initiatives & Committee Engagement

📋 Description

• Monitor emerging sustainability and regulatory developments, including EPR, PFAS, EUDR, carbon
• Serve as a primary point of contact for member questions related to sustainability and help
• Coordinate committees and working groups by managing schedules, agendas, meeting preparation
• Support committee chairs between meetings by keeping initiatives moving, maintaining alignment with
• Identify areas of overlap, collaboration, and shared opportunity across committees to reduce
• Develop and maintain practical knowledge resources, including toolkits, best-practice guides

🎯 Requirements

• 3–7 years of professional experience in printing, labeling, packaging, project management
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with demonstrated ability to manage multiple
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence facilitating discussions and
• Strong relationship-building abilities and an enthusiastic, proactive approach to engaging members
• Genuine interest in sustainability and environmental or regulatory topics, with the curiosity and
• Ability to research emerging topics, distinguish relevant information from noise, and communicate
