Senior Coronary District Manager - Great Lakes

📋 Description

• Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies designed to achieve district revenue, market
• Conduct regular field visits, individual and group meetings, and customer interactions to support
• Train, develop, coach, and motivate sales employees across areas including sales skills, product
• Coordinate sales activities and communicate corporate, divisional, regional, and district goals
• Establish performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, conduct performance reviews, and
• Support employees with individual development plans and foster a culture of accountability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of medical sales experience, including 2 years of sales
• Demonstrated success in medical sales, preferably involving pacing or stent products.
• Experience managing sales teams and personnel, including coaching, performance management
• Knowledge of the pacing or interventional cardiology customer base is preferred.
• Additional experience in marketing, sales training, technical services, or related areas is
