📋 Description

• Responsible for corporate accounting and end-to-end payroll across multiple countries (US, Mexico
• Manage US multi-state payroll and international payroll coordination.
• Prepare financial reports and oversee accounting processes such as accounts payable, fixed assets
• Work with external auditors, payroll vendors, and internal controls.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of progressive corporate accounting experience
• Experience with US multi-state payroll and international payroll coordination
• Strong knowledge of Excel; NetSuite experience is a plus
• Knowledge of US GAAP and international accounting principles
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
