Senior Corporate Accounting & Compliance Analyst II

📋 Description

• Prepare journal entries, flux analyses, and balance sheet reconciliations for key general ledger
• Own assigned month-end close tasks and support consolidations.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the completeness and accuracy of accruals.
• Review GL accounting work prepared by our offshore accounting team for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly internal management reporting for CFO review.
• Support the annual external audit and quarterly reviews by executing SOX controls, providing

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional accounting experience in both external audit and industry.
• Active CPA license is required.
• Solid working knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Hands-on experience executing SOX controls.
• Proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
• Proactive team player who communicates clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
