• Hybrid IP attorney role on Snowflake's Intellectual Property team
• Manage patent portfolio, prosecution strategy, and outside counsel
• Support pre-litigation and IP litigation matters
• Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and litigations teams

🎯 Requirements

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school and active U.S. state bar
• 6+ years IP experience, including patent prosecution and IP litigation
• Registered to practice before the USPTO
• Experience managing patent portfolios and outside counsel
• Ability to use AI tools to improve legal workflows
• Strong communication and business-oriented advisory skills
