• Draft, review, negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Oversee execution and storage of contracts.
• Develop and maintain company policies and procedures.
• Address legal issues for international operations.
• Coordinate with outside counsel on regulatory matters.
• Partner with procurement, finance, IT, and operations teams.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from a top-tier law school.
• Admission to the California bar.
• 7–10 years of relevant transactional experience.
• Experience negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
• Retail and apparel experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and communication.
