📋 Description

• Lead EU/UK market entry and entity setup.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage European/UK contracts.
• Advise on GDPR, privacy, and cybersecurity compliance.
• Oversee IP registrations and brand protection in Europe.
• Coordinate with US HQ and external counsel as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across retail, ecommerce, and ops.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree; licensed to practice in UK or France; US bar a plus.
• 5–8 years corporate/commercial experience (firm + in-house).
• Experience negotiating SaaS/tech contracts.
• Strong GDPR and data privacy/cybersecurity knowledge.
• IP registration/brand protection experience a plus.
• Fluent English; strong comms and multi-project ability.
