🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active U.S. State Bar.
• 10+ years of legal experience, including government contracting.
• Experience drafting/negotiating complex commercial agreements.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and U.S. government procurement.
• Excellent negotiation and risk-management skills with stakeholders.
