Senior Corporate Counsel, Commercial

📋 Description

• Lead legal support for commercial activities and manage complex agreements.
• Draft, review, negotiate tech and commercial agreements (SaaS, licensing, NDAs, MSAs, SOWs).
• Support vendor/supplier contracting (service, development, subscription).
• Independently manage high volume transactions end-to-end.
• Develop templates, playbooks, standard agreements for consistency.
• Identify risks and provide practical recommendations to teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. state.
• 5+ years' experience in a leading law firm or in-house commercial environment.
• Experience with technology services agreements and complex commercial transactions.
• Strong drafting/negotiation, risk assessment, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work with executives and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced setting.
