Senior Corporate Counsel - Construction

📋 Description

• Draft/review/negotiate construction agreements (EPC, design-build, procurement, MSA, PO).
• Advise on risk allocation, project execution, contract administration, dispute avoidance.
• Support site development, infrastructure expansion, and facility construction.
• Manage and resolve construction claims, delays, change orders, disputes.
• Lead dispute resolution via negotiations, mediation, arbitration, litigation management.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and consultants on construction matters.

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. from accredited law school.
• Active U.S. bar license.
• 5+ years of commercial construction litigation.
• Experience drafting/negotiating construction agreements.
• Experience handling construction disputes and litigation management.
• Knowledge of design-build, EPC, and traditional contracting methods.
