Senior Corporate Development Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with Vanta leaders to define strategy and growth priorities.
• Develop and present business case memos, financial analyses, and exec presentations.
• Drive CorpDev processes end-to-end: due diligence, thesis, execution, and post-deal integration.
• Own key financial analysis to support decision making and negotiations.
• Build perspectives on strategic trends, VC/M&A activity, and competitive intelligence.
• Work cross-functionally across Vanta, including EPD, Operations, GTM, Legal, Finance, and People.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 8+ years in corporate development, VC/PE, or investment banking.
• Experience in high-growth tech/SaaS corporate development ideal.
• Ability to distill information, identify blockers, and design solutions.
• Self-driven with ownership mentality; able to work with executives.
• Proven end-to-end M&A and strategic partnership experience.
