📋 Description

• Build internal AI harness connecting LLMs to Float's SaaS stack.
• Ship background agents that execute multi-step workflows.
• Create the skills-sharing layer: registry, templates, and paved-road patterns.
• Embed with teams across Float to map workflows and turn ambiguous business problems into shipped systems.
• Make it measurable: define eval frameworks, instrument agent performance, show AI unit economics.
• Own governance with security and data privacy guardrails, access control, and audit trails.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering, building internal platforms.
• 1-2+ years hands-on experience building LLM-powered systems in production.
• Strong Python and/or TypeScript production coding skills.
• Deep knowledge of agentic systems: tool use, orchestration, memory, async patterns.
• An eval-first mindset: define success metrics, instrument observability, guardrails, and costs.
• Integration chops: REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth/OIDC/SAML across SaaS stacks; AWS.
