Senior Corporate FP&A Manager

📋 Description

• Lead monthly close and BOD/sponsor reporting with Accounting and Finance.
• Gather, consolidate, analyze results; prepare reporting; explain variances.
• Own annual operating plan and reforecast cycles; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Elevate Planful environment; automate and scale forecasting and reporting.
• Identify AI opportunities across workflows to streamline processes.
• Partner across functions for budgeting, forecasting, and decision support.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• 8+ years financial analysis in a fast-paced environment; public accounting/investment banking preferred.
• Advanced modeling skills; Excel, budgeting, ERP/Finance apps.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts across all three financial statements.
• Hands-on Planful experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communicator with written and oral skills; ability to partner with leaders.
