Own end-to-end headcount planning; translate budgeting into hiring plans.
Partner with People Science, analytics, PBPs, compensation, and Talent Acquisition.
Ensure plans are data-driven and aligned to company priorities.
Improve workforce reports and dashboards for executive visibility.
Drive long-range planning with cross-functional teams.
Develop and automate planning tools and processes.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in economics or quantitative field preferred.
8+ years in FP&A or corporate finance.
Strong collaboration; cross-functional partnerships a plus.
Experience building analytical frameworks to evaluate investments.
Proficient with Excel and slide decks.
Experience with SQL, Tableau, and other BI tools.
