📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end headcount planning; translate budgeting into hiring plans.
  • Partner with People Science, analytics, PBPs, compensation, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Ensure plans are data-driven and aligned to company priorities.
  • Improve workforce reports and dashboards for executive visibility.
  • Drive long-range planning with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and automate planning tools and processes.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics or quantitative field preferred.
  • 8+ years in FP&A or corporate finance.
  • Strong collaboration; cross-functional partnerships a plus.
  • Experience building analytical frameworks to evaluate investments.
  • Proficient with Excel and slide decks.
  • Experience with SQL, Tableau, and other BI tools.
