Senior Corporate IT Engineer

📋 Description

• Own and scale IT systems: Windows/macOS devices, MDM, identity, and SaaS.
• Lead onboarding/offboarding workflows, access reviews, and provisioning.
• Triage and escalate complex issues across endpoints, identity, SaaS, networking, and security tooling.
• Automate IT workflows with PowerShell, Bash, Python, APIs, and automation tools.
• Document runbooks, improve processes, and ensure audit readiness.
• Partner with Security on HIPAA, SOC 1, SOC 2 Type II, and HITRUST compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record owning corporate IT systems and multi-team initiatives.
• Hands-on with Windows/macOS in cloud-first org; Intune/Jamf/PDQ.
• Experience administering Okta/Google Workspace/Slack/M365; SSO, SCIM, MFA.
• Strong scripting and automation, esp. PowerShell.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex problems across devices, identity, networks.
• Excellent documentation and security-minded mindset.
• Nice-to-have: healthcare/regulatory exposure.
